  • Around 10:00 pm I felt that I would get a migraine if I stayed up any longer and didn't take the hint. The beginnings of pain were starting when I went to bed less than an hour later. LEFT side. I took a ZOMIG. Also a DRIXORAL.
  • CAUSE: Stayed up too late.

  • 12:47am. Woke pain still on LEFT side.
  • 4am ish. Pain is much worse. I wish I had Vicoden. Took 4 ADVIL
  • 8:30am Headache gone.

  • 3am ish. Woke with slight headache on LEFT side. Also was thirsty. Ate something so I could take 4 ADVIL
  • 7:30am: Still have headache on LEFT side. Trying to decide what I should take
  • I took 3 ADVIL, ate something and had some tea. For a while it wasn't too bad. I tried to go back to sleep, but couldn't. Then, before 11am it got VERY bad. A friend got my script from Safeway and I took 2 Vicoden pain level was around an "8". Was very bad all day.
  • Around 7:30pm I took another VICODEN and a ZOMIG and went back to bed again.
  • 10:30pm it was gone.
  • NOTE: I didn't do my Copaxone shot because I was sick most of the day.

  • 7:30am: sniffly. Woke with Migraine on RIGHT side. NECK hurts on that side too. Hungry.
  • Think it went away around 6pm. Not sure what meds I took.

  I woke up with a headache on the RIGHT side again. It's maybe about a 4. Sometimes a 5. I've taken 4 ADVIL, a DRIXORAL, had cashews, a breakfast bar and some tea. Sat on my massage chair for a while. No improvement.
  • Eventually took a VICODEN and went back to bed for a while. Woke up ok, but sore.
  • 5:30pm: had bad back spasms when I went to do my shot in my R hip.

  • Had a minor headache on the RIGHT side most of last night. Woke with it, but was mostly gone after I had some food, water and tea. Also took a DRIXORAL
  • NECK is very stiff. I've been rubbing, but there's only so much I can do!
  • 10:50am: Feeling a little headachy on RIGHT side again. (maybe a 2 or 3) NECK hurts.
  • 11:30am: Took 4 ADVIL and made myself another tea. Also applied heat to my back. Seemed to help.

    • I'm trying real hard to keep the ZOMIG I just took down and have managed a cup of coke and an ounce or two of apple sauce. If I eat more I can finally take something for the pain. (I actually took the Zomig earlier then I should have... Can't take any of the other meds on an empty stomach (and boy is it empty).
    • The pain is still horrible. Was using earplugs during recess. (there's a school nearby)

I came down to write an important email and 1/2 an hour later the pain in my left (?> side seems to be fading. (I also ate a few bites of key lime yougart and few sips of coke.)

I had taken two acid reflux pills at bedtime (I think) My lower back hurts- probably reason for stumbling.

I started trying to drink some water in little sips and managed to keep it down. But it was still 4 hours before I tried to eat toast. (I had tried applesauce, but only managed 2 bites. Yeah, it was that bad. Toast meant I could finally take some drugs.

  • Not 100% right. Stomach feels funny. I wouldn't say I was totally headache free and I must not stretch my NECK or I'll trigger something (I'm SO fucking TIGHT!)

  • 2:00 am: woke up headache free.
  • LATER: almost got a headache (NECK related) but I massaged my body out of it. Still all sore though and I gotta be careful about stretching.

  • 5am: I woke with a migraine RIGHT side. Took an IMITREX. Used my neck massager for a while. My heart rate is extra high 'cause I've been taking lots of drugs.)
  • Car broke down & I got sick from the heat.

  • 7:50am: woke with headache. front. sides. sinuses too. It's a bit too warm in the house. 4 ADVIL and had some ice tea.
  • 10:35: Took a ZOMIG. (left side) Back is very sore. NECK stiff.

  • didn't wake with headache today (sniffly, but no headache),
  • 1:59pm: I started to feel one starting on the LEFT side.

  • RedI had a minor headache before the appt (like a *1* which moved into the 2/3 range at work.
  • I can't remember what side. Took 4 ADVIL only (and had ice tea and food).
  • NOTEthat's at least 3 days in a row I had low level headaches that I treated only with OTC stuff.
  • Note: I was able to crack my neck.

  • it came back. Friend did some head work on me & it went away for a while (only had 4 ADVIL & Caffeine
  • THEN, around dinner time it came back and I broke and I took another IMITREX
